Rosewood is a lovely private estate that encompasses 600 acres of soft rolling hills, incomparable views and many unique features to make your dream wedding a reality.  This gorgeous, open, country estate has everything from stunning views, abundant flower gardens, lavender and daisy fields, redwood groves to ridge-top views and so much more.  We are located on the Sonoma-Marin County border and are 15 minutes from downtown Petaluma, 15 minutes from downtown Novato, 20 minutes to the coast and 50 minutes to both San Francisco and Napa.

 

For your wedding we offer a lovely cottage for the bride to dress and relax, a spacious barn for the groom to get ready, the choice of beautiful ceremony areas, a fabulous private pergola with a canopy of wisteria for magical “first look” photos, a welcome beverage station under an ancient willow tree, an amazing cocktail area in the estate gardens, a games area, a lovely, grand tent for dining and dancing and a breathtaking view from the ridge-top for sunset photos.

 

The site includes a gorgeous outdoor bar and gazebo for cocktail time in the midst of both the rose garden and redwood grove.  Be our guest to spread out; there’s also lots of room for games, mingling and enjoying the stunning views.

 

Rosewood is a private, boutique, wine country event venue that overlooks hundreds of acres of open space.  The estate is nestled between a plethora of local artisans, including Stubbs Winery, McEvoy Ranch, Marin Cheese Factory, Marin Sun Farms, Cowgirl Creamery and Rocker Oysterfellers, to name a few.  You may want to include some of these in either your event or as suggestions for your out-of-town guests to enjoy.
